Most enquiries are not quotes yet
A quote follow-up needs a quote to exist. The enquiry that arrives at nine in the evening asking whether you cover a postcode, what you charge for a callout, or whether you can come Thursday is upstream of that — there is no record for it to attach to. It is exactly the message that waits until morning, and by morning it has usually gone somewhere else.
