What $99 a month looks like

If an enquiry reaches you with an email address and we do not send a reply, your first paid month costs nothing. Enquiries the AI flags for you on purpose — a price question, an emergency, a complaint — do not count against it: that is the product working, and they are on your dashboard in seconds either way.
Your dashboard marks every enquiry we did not deliver. If one is there at the end of your first paid month, email us at hello@leadmend.com and we refund that month — we would rather find it ourselves, so we check too, and the billing page shows you what we found.
Before you put a card in
- Is there a limit on how many enquiries it answers?
- No. On a paid plan every website and form enquiry gets a reply, and there is no per-month allowance to run out of — a busy week costs you nothing extra and nothing goes unanswered. The free tier is the one time-boxed thing: 14 days from signup, once, and it does not reset. There is a ceiling on the whole platform to stop abuse, sized far above what any single business sends; if you ever meet it, that is our problem to fix and not a plan you need to upgrade.
- What about building and rebuilding the website?
- That one does have a monthly allowance, because each build is a large piece of AI work rather than a short reply. It resets on the 1st, it is sized for building a site and then changing it as often as you actually would, and if you reach it the product says so in plain words rather than failing quietly. Your enquiries keep being answered either way — the allowance pauses the builder, never the replies.
- Can I get a refund?
- Your first paid month, yes, under the guarantee above — if an enquiry reached you with an email address and we did not send a reply, that month costs nothing. Beyond that: if something we built genuinely did not work and we could not fix it, tell us and we will refund you rather than argue about it. Outside those two, a month already paid for is not refundable, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one — you keep the rest of the month you paid for. That is section 4 of the Terms, written out here so you do not have to go and find it.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Not yet. Monthly is the only way to pay today, and rather than list a yearly price nobody can buy, this answer will change on the day it works. Month to month with no contract is the honest version of the same thing in the meantime.
