Does Jobber follow up on quotes automatically?
Up to a point. Jobber can send automated quote follow-up reminders on its paid tiers; those are one-way reminders on a fixed schedule, which is useful and is not the same as a conversation that reads a reply and reacts to it. Leadmend reads a Jobber account read-only and totals up the quotes nobody answered, free, so the size of the gap is visible before anyone commits to fixing it.
Everything needed to work out what your unanswered quotes are worth is already sitting in Jobber: what you sent, when you sent it, and whether anyone ever came back. Nothing in the dashboard adds it up for you, so the number stays invisible — and a number nobody has seen is a problem nobody fixes.
What the audit reads
A read-only connection, and only three fields per quote. Jobber's consent screen will also mention clients — it requires that before anything can read quotes at all — but no client field appears in the query.
