Leadmend answers every new enquiry from your website or your inbox in about fifteen seconds — in your words, day or night, while you are under a sink. It chases the quotes that went quiet in Jobber, too. Type a sentence about your business and watch it answer one, with no account and nothing saved.

Hi — is the bathroom re-tile something you cover? Looking to book before the end of the month.
Answered in your voice
Hi Marta — yes, bathroom re-tiling is one of the things we do most. I can get you booked in before month end. What size is the room?

The unanswered-enquiry problem
The enquiry you answer tomorrow was already answered by someone else tonight.
Someone fills in your form at 9pm. You see it at 7am, on a job, and reply at lunch. By then they have three quotes and a favourite — because people hire whoever answers first, not whoever answers best. Leadmend replies to every website and form enquiry in seconds, in your voice, day and night.
Try it on your own words
Send it an enquiry. Watch it answer.
Paste something a customer actually sent you — the awkward one, the angry one, the one that came in at eleven at night. About five seconds later you get the reply it would send, the confidence it puts on that reply, and whether it decided a person needs to see this before anyone answers.
No account, no email, nothing saved. It is the same engine that answers enquiries inside the product, not a scripted preview.
The product
This is the screen you get
Not a mockup. The dashboard as it renders, with an account's own enquiries in it.
Every enquiry, the reply that went out, and why the AI flagged this one for a person. Sample enquiries on a real account — the replies are the production engine’s.
Asked for a price, the engine refuses to invent one — it qualifies the job and offers a visit instead. The hard rule that produced this is published on /reply-quality.
Measured, not asserted
Three numbers you can check yourself
No customer logos on this page and no badges — what this site refuses to claim is itself published. What there is: three measurements, each carrying the date it was taken and a page holding every row behind it.
The replies
390
adversarial messages put through the reply engine
13 hard rules — never quote a price, never promise a time, never claim to be a person — each put under a message written to break it, 30 times over. Every rule held on every run.
Timed over the wire against the live site rather than taken from the model, so the wait includes the network a visitor actually sits through. An earlier run sampled only the straightforward enquiries. It was re-run against harder ones, the published number got worse, and it was published anyway.

Lighthouse 12.8.2 on the mobile profile, run against 6 example sites that are live right now. A range rather than an average, because a customer's site could be the low one.
Everything in Starter, plus a real website, replies taught to sound like you, and automated review requests — all built and tuned in a conversation, live in minutes.
A real website, built from a chat — no design, no code
Replies taught to sound like you — including word-for-word answers to the questions you always get (hours, service area, what a visit involves — never a price)
Routines that run without you — chase a quiet enquiry, ask for a review when a job is done, flag the urgent ones
Plans are month to month — start on one today and cancel whenever you like, from your dashboard, without asking anyone. You help decide what gets built next. The Terms promise at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects you.
Corrections you make are learned — every reply sounds more like you
Requests reach the person who writes the code — and right now, one carries real weight

Who this is not for
Four businesses this will not help. We would rather you found out here than in your first week.
Your enquiries come by phone
Leadmend answers written enquiries — the web form, the contact page, the email. It does not answer calls, it does not text, and no amount of setup changes that. If the phone is how your customers reach you, this fixes a problem you do not have.
Nobody is contacting you yet
This answers the enquiries you already get; it does not create new ones. If the website gets no traffic and the form goes weeks without a submission, the honest first spend is on being found, not on being fast. The done-for-you side can help with that.
You want it to quote prices
It will not, ever, and that is a rule in the engine rather than a setting you can turn off. It captures what is needed to quote and hands it to you. If you wanted an AI that names a number to a stranger, this is the wrong product and probably the wrong idea. The rules it follows are published.
You need a full CRM
There are enquiries, replies, outcomes and a handful of automations. There are no pipelines, no deal stages, no team seats and no reporting suite. It is meant to sit alongside how you already work — Jobber, a spreadsheet, a notebook — not to replace it. What it does connect to.
Questions
Everything you might be wondering
Straight answers, no fine print.
What is Leadmend AI?
Leadmend AI is a platform that gives your business its own AI — to answer every web and form enquiry instantly, and to build you a real website and replies taught to sound like you, just by describing what you need in a conversation. You pick a plan, tell it about your business, and it goes to work. No design, no code, nothing built by hand.
How quickly can I be up and running?
Minutes. Create an account, tell it about your business, and it starts answering enquiries immediately. Want a website or a custom-tuned AI agent too? That's a short conversation — describe what you need and it builds it, live, on the spot.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Starter is copy-and-paste — if you can paste a line into your website editor, you can run it. Building a website or customizing your AI agent is just a chat: you describe your business, it asks a few questions, and it hands you the finished thing.
Can I use my own domain? Do I get the source code?
Today your site lives at leadmend.com/site/your-business-name — live, on Google, shareable anywhere. Connecting your own domain (yourbusiness.ca) is live: buy it at any registrar, so you own it, then connect it from your dashboard in a couple of minutes. We host and run the site itself, like other website platforms — but you can leave with your data any time: Settings has a one-click download for every enquiry as CSV and a full JSON archive of your website content and settings. Your content, your photos, your domain and your customer list, with no lock-in contract.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes — all AI can, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. The platform is built assuming it: every reply carries a confidence score, and anything uncertain, urgent or sensitive is flagged for you rather than answered confidently. The prompt forbids quoting a price or promising an arrival time, and if one slips through anyway the reply is flagged and its confidence drops — it is caught, not silently corrected. One thing is rewritten rather than flagged: a phone number or link the business never gave us is stripped out, because an invented way to contact somebody is the one mistake a customer cannot spot. You read and can edit every reply on your dashboard. You stay the judgment; the AI is the speed.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
Any growing business that books appointments, quotes work, or answers customer enquiries — no matter the industry. If enquiries sitting unanswered, quotes nobody chased, or not having a real website yet is costing you enquiries, this is built for you. Wherever you're based.
How fast does the AI reply to an enquiry?
In seconds — usually about fifteen seconds, 24/7. Every enquiry gets a warm, personalised reply in your business’s own voice, so the enquiry never goes cold or calls a competitor.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Every enquiry is answered free for 14 days, once, with no card — then pick a plan when you have seen it work. The paid plans are self-serve and month-to-month, no contract, stop whenever you like, and cancel from the billing page in one click; we give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects you.
Is my customers’ data kept private?
Yes. Your customers’ details are encrypted in transit, never sold, never used to train models, and deleted on request — wherever in the world you and they are. We’re Canadian-run, so we build to PIPEDA and CASL, which are stricter on consent than most of what we sell into.
How much does it cost?
You can try it free: the AI answers every website enquiry for 14 days, once, with no card — the fortnight runs from the day you sign up and does not reset. Starter is $99/month USD and turns the AI back on for every enquiry; Growth is $299/month USD and adds your website, your own agent and routines that run without you; Complete is $399/month USD and adds the enquiries that arrive by email and quotes chased for you. Most businesses recover the cost from a single won job.
