How much have you quoted that nobody replied to?
Not the jobs you lost. The ones that just went quiet. Connect Jobber and we’ll add them up for you. Takes a minute. No sales call.
Read-only. No card. You can disconnect in Jobber as soon as you have your number.
Not on Jobber, or would rather not connect anything? Upload your quotes as a spreadsheet — same audit, no account, nothing to install.
A quote with no reply is not a lost job.
When someone says no, you know where you stand. When they say nothing, you don’t. And most of the time the job is still there. They got busy. They went away. They’re waiting on their partner.
An analysis by Level CFO of 432,000 quotes from 745 contractors found the ones that get accepted come back in about two days. The ones that die sit for a month before anyone gives up. So if a quote is a week old and quiet, it isn’t gone. It’s just waiting.
Most of us chase once, maybe twice, from memory. Not because we don’t know it matters. Because it’s 6pm, the van needs unloading, and the fifteenth polite follow-up of the week is the one that doesn’t get sent.
What happens when you press the button
Connect Jobber (read-only)
You log into your own Jobber and press Allow. Heads up: Jobber's screen will also mention clients — it won't let anything read quotes without that. We only read the amount and the dates. We can't change, send or delete anything.
We add up the quiet ones
We add up every quote you've sent that the customer hasn't accepted or turned down. Then we split them: the ones sitting more than 7 days, and the ones you only just sent.
You get your number
The total, how many quotes, and how long the oldest has been waiting. On a page you can bookmark or send to someone. We keep the numbers. We don't keep anything about your customers — no names, no addresses, no phone numbers.
Nothing goes to your customers. Nothing changes in Jobber. No card needed.
Then, if you want, we chase them for you.
The audit shows you what’s sitting there. Quote Rescue would do the chasing — the follow-up you’d send yourself if you had a free evening, written in your words, stopping the moment someone replies.
- A message in your words on day 3, then day 7, then day 14. It stops when they reply.
- It reads what they say back: still thinking, gone elsewhere, or ready to book.
- Anything about price comes to you first as a draft. Send it, or change it in five seconds.
- "We went with someone else" closes it off. Nobody gets pestered.
Straight with you: follow-ups go by email, and that is the whole list. Leadmend does not text and does not call — not as something pending, as something decided. Nothing sends on its own either: every message is written for you and waits until you press send. And unlike the audit, this one has to store your customer’s name and email, because there is no way to write to somebody without them. Nothing is being charged and no date is being promised.
See your number first.
You don't have to believe any of this. Connect Jobber, look at the total, decide from there.
New to this? Why quotes go quiet explains the problem, and what the audit reads from Jobber covers exactly what it touches.
