What is Leadmend?
Leadmend AI is an assistant for real estate agents that replies to the written enquiries about your listings, flags the ones that need you, and shows whether each reply was delivered. It is for independent agents, small teams and small brokerages. It is not a CRM, and it does not answer phone calls.
Who is Leadmend for?
Agents who get enquiries in writing, from a website form or by email, and cannot always answer them while showing a property. It is not a fit if most of your enquiries arrive by phone or text, because it handles neither.
Which enquiry sources does it support?
A form on your website, either a hosted form or a snippet you paste into the site you already have, and email you forward from your inbox to a private Leadmend address. Both work on every plan. Phone calls, texts and WhatsApp are not supported, and it does not read your inbox unless you forward something to it.
How fast does it reply?
A reply to a website-form enquiry arrives about fifteen seconds after it is sent, in our latest timing test of the reply demo. That test covers the website form only. The speed of replies to forwarded email has not been measured, so we do not quote one.
Does it book viewings?
No. It does not book a viewing itself and it will not confirm a time: a reply that promises one is rewritten once and then held back, and the enquiry is flagged for you. If you give it a booking link, the reply can point the buyer to that link.
Does it know about my listings?
Only what you tell it about your business. It has no connection to listing data, so it cannot confirm a price, availability or anything about a neighbourhood. It is told not to state a fact you have not given it, and it hands those questions to you.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. It keeps a list of your enquiries with what was sent and whether it was delivered, but it is not a CRM and does not manage a pipeline. It can send each enquiry to other tools through Zapier, and a Calendly connection is available; the integrations page lists what exists today and what each connection does not do.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The demo replies to a sample enquiry with no account, and nothing is kept unless you ask for a copy. The free trial is 14 days with no card, and it is one-time: it does not reset.
What happens when the trial ends?
After day 14 your AI stops drafting replies. Enquiries still arrive in your dashboard and you are still alerted to each one; they just need your own answer. A plan turns the AI back on, and plans are month to month.
Is my data used to train AI models, and can I delete it?
No: the privacy policy states that data is never sold and never used to train AI models, and it names every company that processes it. You can delete your account yourself from Settings, and it takes effect at once; on a paid plan the subscription is cancelled first.
