Leadmend and Calendly
Most enquiries that turn into work contain a scheduling question somewhere. Answering it by email takes three messages and a day; handing over a booking link takes one message and ends the exchange while the customer is still reading it.
What it does
Your AI points customers to your Calendly link to lock in a time — no back-and-forth.
Setting it up
- 1
Copy your Calendly link
Any public Calendly scheduling link works. Pick the event type you actually want strangers booking — a consultation or a first call, usually, rather than your whole availability.
- 2
Paste it into Integrations
Open Integrations and paste the link against Calendly. This is a URL, not an OAuth grant: Leadmend never signs into your Calendly account and cannot see your calendar.
- 3
The AI uses it when booking comes up
From then on, when an enquiry asks about availability or asks to book, the reply points at your link rather than proposing times it has no way to verify.
What it does not do
- Leadmend cannot see your availability. It hands over the link; Calendly owns what is free.
- It does not confirm bookings back into Leadmend — the booking lives in Calendly, where you already manage it.
- It is a link, not an account connection, so revoking it is deleting the URL.
Questions
- Will it invent appointment times?
- No, and that is the point of using a link. Leadmend has no view of your calendar, so rather than guess it hands the customer the tool that does know.
- Can I use a different scheduler?
- Any scheduler with a public booking URL works the same way — the connector stores a link. Calendly is named because it is the one most people already have.
Every connector, including the ones not open yet, is listed on the integrations page. What it costs is on pricing.
