“Ninth Street Roasters. We roast on a 15kg drum and sell wholesale to about twenty cafés plus a subscription for people at home. Single origin, we name the farm. I want the wholesale enquiry to be easy to find, that's where the money is. Build it.”
Everything below — the palette, the typefaces, the section order — came from that paragraph.
Single origin coffee, roasted on a 15kg drum
Ninth Street Roasters is a working roastery. Everything we sell goes through our 15kg drum, in batches we watch rather than programme. We buy single origin and we name the farm on the bag — no blends hiding behind a house name. Around twenty cafés pour our coffee, and the same roasts go out to people drinking it at home on subscription.
Wholesale is what we're built around
About twenty cafés buy their coffee from us, and that's the part of the business we've built the roastery to serve. If you run a café, a kitchen or a counter and you want single origin you can actually talk about to your customers, that's the conversation we want to have. Send us an enquiry and we'll take it from there.

Three things we do
A small roastery doing a small number of things properly.
Wholesale supply
Coffee for cafés, roasted on our 15kg drum. Around twenty accounts pour it at the moment. Get in touch and we'll work out what suits your bar.
Home subscription
The same single origin coffee, roasted and sent out to people drinking it at home. No separate house blend, no second-tier beans.
Single origin, farm named
We buy single origin and we put the farm on the bag. If you want to know exactly where a coffee came from, the answer is written on it.

Questions we get asked
Do you supply cafés?
Yes — wholesale is the core of what we do, and we currently roast for around twenty cafés. Send us a wholesale enquiry and we'll talk it through.
Can I buy your coffee for home?
Yes. We run a subscription for people drinking at home, and it's the same single origin coffee that goes out to our wholesale accounts.
Do you blend?
No. Everything we roast is single origin, and we name the farm it came from on the bag.
How is the coffee roasted?
On a 15kg drum roaster, in batches, here at the roastery.
Pouring our coffee in your café

That was built from one paragraph.
Every coffee roaster is different, so yours would not look like this one — it would come from what you type about your own business.
What you are not seeing: a real published site also carries the owner’s phone number as a tap-to-call link, their email and address, and a live enquiry form wired to their dashboard. None of those appear above, because they are real contact details and this business does not exist. We won’t invent a phone number to make a demo look better. The photographs are ours, not the engine’s. They sit where an owner’s uploads sit and are passed to the page the same way, so you can see what this becomes once somebody adds their own. The engine chose the layout, the palette, the typefaces and the order of the page. It never chooses a picture, because it has no way of knowing what your work looks like.
