From signing up to your first answered enquiry

   Create your account

   Sign up with an email and a password of at least eight characters. You will get a confirmation email — click the link in it. Every account starts with a free trial: the AI answers every website enquiry for 14 days, once, no card — the fortnight starts the day you sign up and does not reset.

   Worth knowing: Open the confirmation link in the same browser you signed up in. The link is tied to that browser for security, and opening it elsewhere will fail.

   Describe your business once

   You will be asked for your business name, trade and town. This is the whole of the setup — the AI writes from these three facts plus anything you add later in Settings. There is no configuration project.

   Send yourself a test enquiry

   Before wiring anything up, go to the homepage demo and paste a message a customer has actually sent you. You will see the reply it would send, how confident it is, and whether it decided a person should look first. No account needed for this part, and nothing is saved.

   Worth knowing: Try an awkward one. Ask for a price, or send an emergency. Watching it refuse to quote is more useful than watching it answer something easy.

   Connect an enquiry source

   Go to Website. You have two ways in: an embed snippet you paste into your existing site, or a forwarding address that answers enquiries arriving by email. Either one is enough to start.

   Wait for a real enquiry — or make one

   Submit your own form as a visitor would. The enquiry appears on your Dashboard within seconds, with the reply the AI sent underneath it.

   Correct the first reply

   Open the enquiry and edit the reply if it did not sound like you. That edit is not cosmetic — it teaches the next one. This is the single highest-value thing you can do in your first week.
