Teaching the AI to sound like you

The two places your AI learns from: the facts in Settings, and every reply you correct.

Before you start

  • An account with at least one enquiry answered
  1. Fill in the facts it works from

Settings holds your business name, trade, town, and your emergency number. Every reply is written from these. Change one and the next reply already reflects it — there is nothing to republish.

  2. Add what appears on your website

Public phone, public email and public address are separate from your alert inbox and your emergency number. Those two are yours; these are shown to customers. Leave any of them empty and it simply is not shown.

Worth knowing: The emergency number is only ever given out for genuine emergencies — never as a general 'call us' number. That distinction is enforced in the engine, not left to the model.

  3. Set your booking link

If you use Calendly or similar, add the link. The AI offers it instead of trying to agree a time itself — it will never promise an arrival time it cannot keep.

  4. Correct a reply, and mean it

On the Dashboard, open an enquiry and edit the reply. Every correction moves the next one closer to your voice. This matters more than any setting on this page.

  5. Mark what actually happened

Mark enquiries won or lost as you go. It is the only way you will know later whether this is working, and it costs two seconds per enquiry.

You are done when

A reply that reads like something you would have written, using facts you only entered once.
